River Park is a beautiful and diverse neighborhood on the east side of South Bend, Indiana. River Access

South west of IUSB on Riverside Drive is a convenient boat launch on the St. Joseph river. Across the street from the boat launch is a beautiful park filled with large trees which is the perfect spot for a picnic.
